We accept refunds or exchanges in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This enables you to return a product that is:
- Significantly different to those shown or described
- Not fit for purpose
Not all purchases are eligible for return. Item not eligible include; perfumes, vitamins, food or medicine (as storage conditions may be compromised and product could be tampered).

Any shipping fees will not be refunded.
Faulty or incorrect product
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect (as per your receipt) when you receive it, please contact our customer service team via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please remember that in most cases, orders placed are dispatched on the same or next business day. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled and will have to be posted back to us, at the expense of the customer where a full refund less postage will be provided. Returns cannot be accepted for once dispatched (as storage conditions may be compromised and product could be tampered).
Only online purchases can be returned as outlined above.
If your online purchase was made using a credit card, your approved refund will be processed to that credit card.
Medicines cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
